How It Works

2. Pass the Knowledge Check
Answer 5 questions at the end of each module. You need 80% (4 of 5) to pass. You can retake if needed.
3. Your Results Are Recorded
Your name, score, and completion date are logged. This serves as your documented training record for compliance.
Annual Requirement
Annual Refresher Training
5 modules to be completed annually by all active caregivers.
Compliance & Ethics Update
Compliance program review, three-question test, emerging risks, reporting channels, and gift policies.
Infection Control Refresher
Hand hygiene reset, PPE donning/doffing review, MDRO update, respiratory precautions, and TB screening.
Patient Rights Refresher
Subtle dignity violations, managing persistent refusals, family communication boundaries, and grievance process.
Emergency Preparedness Review
CMS emergency elements, Ohio hazards, high-risk patients, power outage protocols, and business continuity tiers.
Documentation & Standards Update
Top documentation errors, audit trail awareness, SOAP format review, care plan timelines, and record retention.
